Rivermark Realty LLC operates this website and the brokerage at 820 Mountain Ave, Suite 210, Fort Collins, CO 80521. This policy explains what the website collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how long we keep it.

What this website collects

The consultation request and contact forms on this site ask for five things: your name, phone number, email address, preferred day and time, and the type of help you want (buying, selling, valuation, and so on). The forms collect nothing else.

No financial account details are requested or stored by this website. The forms contain no fields for income, account numbers, or social security numbers. Any figures a lender needs for a mortgage are handled directly by that lender, not on this website.

One setting stored in your browser

The cookie consent banner stores one entry in your browser's localStorage under the key waas_cookie_consent. It records a single word, accepted or declined, and stays on your device until you clear your browser data. The cookie notice at /cookie-notice describes it further.

How form submissions travel

When you submit a form, the site platform stores your submission and delivers a copy to the brokerage by email through SendGrid, our email delivery provider. An agent then calls or emails you to follow up.

How long we keep submissions

Form submissions are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted. This window lets an agent follow up on open requests and answer questions about earlier ones.

No sale of data, no advertising trackers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies by default, and no third party marketing scripts. Your form details go to the brokerage and the two service providers named above, and nowhere else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your form submissions at any time. Email [email protected] with the name and email address you used on the form, and we will delete the matching submissions and confirm by reply.

You can also decline the consent banner. The site works the same either way.
