About
Our story
Seventeen years selling homes in one town
Dana Whitfield opened Rivermark Realty in 2009 with one other agent and a small office on Mountain Avenue. The plan was narrow on purpose: sell homes in Fort Collins and know that market better than anyone.
Seventeen years later the team has grown to 12 agents and closed 640 homes worth about $410 million. We still work one market. When you ask an agent about a street, a school boundary, or how a subdivision holds value, you get an answer from someone who has sold there.
How we work
Straight pricing and no surprises at closing
Every listing we take gets professional photography, a 3D tour, and a written pricing analysis built from comparable sales in the same subdivision. Every buyer gets an agent who reviews inspection findings line by line before you decide.
- A written comparative market analysis before you list or offer
- Professional photography and a 3D tour on every listing
- Fee terms explained in writing up front
- One agent from first showing through closing day

In the community
We sponsor the Old Town summer concert series, run a yearly food drive for the Larimer County food bank, and host a first-time buyer workshop at the library each spring. Agents volunteer with Habitat for Humanity builds two Saturdays a year.
